With our unique Tyre Fill System product injected into the tyre of your choice, the length of your tyre's life can be extended and its durability increased. Ideal for construction vehicles, mining, industrial and farm equipment, using Vass Tyre Fill ensures reliability and freedom from tyres that let you down or cause you unnecessary expense.

Using the Vass Tyre Fill System you will avoid having flat tyres, losing revenue or replacement of equipment. You avoid downtime and reduce the cost of tyres over the lifetime of the vehicle. The system is nail, slag and bulletproof allowing driving at a constant speed of up to 35mph.

How it Works: The System works by filling the tyres with a liquid compound which then cures to a soft rubber core within 24 hours. Safely filled to the tyre manufacturer’s recommended pressure, the pressure remains constant for the life of the tyre.
